Our updated medical and educational handbook, Your Transplant Journey includes comprehensive information regarding the transplant process and all aspects of follow-up care. This handbook is meant to enhance the recommendations given to patients by healthcare professionals.
Patients and caregivers will gain information about the donation process, how to prepare for transplant, what to expect post-transplant, and more. Parents will also find answers to common questions about their child’s transplant.
